The only problem is, your site's pretty addictive - it seems I'm always there shopping (and voting) for something. When a dynamite looking sofa I ordered had been a few days late arriving, I contacted customer service, and it turns out 'I' had made a mistake on my address. "Just when I had become convinced that customer service meant being on hold for 40 minutes before I finally get to speak to a rude person who wants to put me on hold again, so they can 'transfer me to a different department', and then I get disconnected!
